ECEM and ECVP overlap
You may have noticed that there is an unfortunate overlap between the dates of ECEM and
those of the ECVP conference in Aberdeen, Scotland. The organisers of ECEM apologise
for this, but it’s due to constraints on the availability of venues in Maynooth.
We have discussed the problem with our colleagues in Aberdeen and have proposed
that ECEM schedule perception-related presentations in the first half of the conference.
Moreover, ECEM contributors wishing to attend ECVP should contact us about scheduling
their presentations at a suitable time and we will endeavour to facilitate their requests.
Note that there is a good flight service between Dublin and Aberdeen and it would be
feasible for delegates to attend both conferences.
Registration Fees
Registration for the conference will be available on ConfTool,
starting on 1 April 2024.
Registration includes access to all talks, posters and the exhibition. Wireless network is available on site.
Lunches and refreshments are all included in the registration fee.
